Refund policy
At Kei Studios, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products and custom services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once payment has been made and work has begun.
All payments made to Kei Studios are for time, planning, design, and execution and are non-refundable, regardless of project status or completion level.
Cancellations & Forfeited Payments
If a client chooses to cancel a service after work has started, all payments are forfeited. Cancellation does not reverse work already completed or time invested, even if the project is not fully finished at the time of cancellation.
Once a project is canceled or paused at the client’s request, it is closed out on our end and considered complete for billing purposes.
Project Reactivation
Any request to resume, continue, or revisit a canceled or paused project at a later date will be treated as a new service booking. Previous payments, pricing, timelines, or progress do not carry over after cancellation. Reactivated projects are subject to current pricing, availability, and turnaround times.
Kei Studios does not hold project spots, pricing, or unfinished work after cancellation.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are issued only at the discretion of Kei Studios in rare and limited circumstances. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution (typically 5–10 business days).
Delivery Concerns
Clients must report any concerns regarding delivered work within 48 hours of delivery. Concerns raised after this window may not be eligible for review.

-
