Digital Products

All Kei Studios digital products (logos, flyers, graphics, etc.) are delivered electronically.

• Final files are sent via a Dropbox link to the email provided at checkout.

• No physical shipping is required.

• Please allow up to 24–48 business hours after final payment and approval to receive your files (unless otherwise stated).

 

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical items are offered (e.g., printed business cards or merchandise):

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise.

• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

• You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address. Kei Studios is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
