Terms of service

Welcome to Kei Studios. By purchasing a product or booking a service through our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services & Payments

For logo services, a free draft will be provided first. Once the draft is approved, full payment is required before the 3D design process begins.
For all other services, payment is required upfront before any work begins.
All prices are listed on the site. Custom quotes will be provided upon request.

2. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary by service and begin once payment is received and all necessary information is submitted.
Rush services are available for an additional fee.

3. Revisions

Each service includes a set number of free revisions based on the package selected.
Additional revisions will be subject to extra charges.

4. Ownership & Usage

After final payment, clients receive full rights to use their designs for personal or commercial purposes.
Kei Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless requested otherwise in writing.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

No refunds will be issued once work has started.
If a project is canceled before any work begins, a partial refund may be issued at Kei Studios’ discretion.

All final files will be delivered via a Dropbox link.
It is the client’s responsibility to download and store files promptly. Kei Studios does not guarantee long-term file storage.
